Welcome to AGI In Action. By initiating a sponsorship payment on this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of Service & Scope

Payments made through this website are commercial sponsorships intended to support ongoing open-source software development, local AI pipeline optimization, and robotics research.

  • The core functional software builds are hosted publicly on GitHub and are governed independently by the MIT License.
  • Your payment is strictly for optional developer tiers, which grant digital insider perks, including access to experimental testing branches, development files, and priority visibility within our project’s public community spaces.

2. No Private Consulting & Community Support Dynamics

AGI In Action does not provide private one-to-one engineering consulting, custom development, or private technical services under any sponsorship tier.

  • Public GitHub Interactions: All technical queries, troubleshooting, and code discussions must happen publicly within the official GitHub repository’s issue or comment boards.
  • Sponsor Visibility: While private technical responses are not provided, public queries posted on GitHub by verified active sponsors receive elevated visibility within the project ecosystem. While fixed response times are not legally guaranteed, these boards are actively monitored by project contributors and the community to facilitate active peer-to-peer technical assistance.

3. Delivery Policy & Insider Access

Upon successful payment via PayPal, your email or linked GitHub handle is enrolled into our developer update stream within 24 to 48 hours.

Asynchronous Updates: Stable releases and main update alerts are dispatched electronically via notification email as soon as they clear the active development cycles.

Insider Assets: Rather than a retail software delivery, fulfillment consists of immediate provisioning to our developer updates and access paths to experimental code branches, alpha/beta patches, or raw project configuration files currently undergoing active testing.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Because sponsorships grant immediate enrollment into the developer update registry and digital access to upcoming software builds, all payments are final and non-refundable. You may cancel recurring sponsorships at any time through your PayPal dashboard to prevent future automated billing.
